With the scents of wild flowers and brimming with sunny vivacious fruit, the flavors are rich with a savory edge, finishing smooth and finely poised, epitomizing the potential of white wines from the Southern Rhone Valley. Paired with our Lavender White Chocolate Macaron.
Red: Domaine Rudel, Pinot Noir.
Domaine Rudel is a great discovery from near Marseillan, in the Bassan de Thau in Southern France. This boutique single domaine, owned by the Chamette family, produces only a small amount of Pinot Noir. The proximity of the estate to the sea produces a cooling influence ensuring the grapes maintain finesse. This easy-drinking wine offers notes of soft cherry and assorted red berries. Paired with our Raspberry Jam Macaron.
Rosé: Claude Val, Pays d’Oc, Rosé
Pink, cherry colour. Complex with cherries, toffee and floral aromas evolving toward soft candied fruit notes. Rich and smooth, well balanced. Fruit character with a great length. Paired with our Salted Caramel Macaron.
